Privacy Policy

Last updated: [date]. This notice explains what personal data Reeve collects, why, and your rights over it.

Who we are

This site (askreeve.co.uk) is operated by Aurastral Ltd, trading as Reeve [company no. ########, registered office address] ("Reeve", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@askreeve.co.uk. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under reference [ICO ref].

What we collect and why

  • Waitlist / early-access details — your first name, mobile number and postcode, when you join our founding-member list.
Purpose: to tell you when Reeve launches in your area and to send occasional service updates. Lawful basis: your consent.
  • Messages you send us — the content of emails or messages you send, so we can reply and provide support.
Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to you.
  • Basic technical data — the Pages platform records limited request information (such as approximate location/country and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.
Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in security and reliability.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site. If that changes, we will ask for your consent through a cookie banner first.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted processors to run this service:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, security, and storage of waitlist entries.
  • [Your messaging/email provider — e.g. Twilio] — to send you the launch and update messages you asked for.

We never sell your personal data or share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details until you ask us to remove them, or until [12 months] after we either launch in your area or decide not to, whichever comes first. Support messages are kept for up to [24 months].

Where your data is held

Our processors may store or process data outside the UK. Where they do, that transfer is covered by the UK's approved safeguards (such as UK International Data Transfer Agreements or adequacy regulations).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (this won't affect processing done before you withdrew). To exercise any of these, email hello@askreeve.co.uk. You can opt out of our messages at any time using the opt-out in the message or by contacting us.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
